Please choose one of the following:
Drag any course card from the Available Courses panel on the left and drop it into one of the level columns on the right. Courses can also be reordered within a level by dragging them up or down.
Tip — Place at Bottom: While dragging, a ↓ Place at bottom strip appears at the top of each level column. Hover over it before releasing to append the course to the end of that level's list.
Single click a course card to select it (green highlight). Click again to deselect. Once you have one or more cards selected, drag any selected card — all highlighted cards move together.
Shift+click to select a range: click the first card, then Shift+click a later card to select everything in between. The selected cards flash briefly to confirm the range was captured.
Note: Clicking anywhere outside the cards clears the selection.
Hover over any card in the Available Courses list to reveal the × button in the top-right corner of that card. Click it to remove the course.
Hover over any course card in Available Courses to reveal the + copy button at the bottom-right. Clicking it inserts a duplicate of that card directly below the original.
Each copy is independent — it can be dragged to a different level and have its own lesson selection. This is useful when you want some lessons of a course in Level 1 and the remaining lessons in Level 2.
Use the Break out button (visible on courses that have a lesson breakdown) to choose exactly which lessons each copy includes.
If you arrived at this screen by selecting a Job Role, you may see the ⚡ Populate Program with Recommended Courses button in the toolbar above. This is the fastest way to build a complete program.
Clicking the button loads a pre-configured program for the selected job role — including the correct number of levels, the recommended course sequence within each level, and any lesson breakouts that have been defined.
